We work Monday through Friday and solve tickets, usually within 8 hours of when you posted it. We monitor incoming tickets on Weekends and can step in if your job is urgent!
You can submit your job right away after you have signed up. You will need to submit your login information to your site before we can work on your job. This is being handled through a secure password management system that we will grant you access to.
You do. We just store them for you. You can at any time request to get your backups handed over to you and have us delete them.
We keep backups for 30 days. You will have 30 days to request your backups after you end your subscription. We will automatically delete backups after 30 days.
